March 2025 system maintenance

Purpose: The Workbench team is planning a system maintenance activity to upgrade Workbench cloud infrastructure.



Key details

Maintenance is scheduled to take place between Saturday, March 1, 2025, 9:00 AM ET and Sunday, March 2, 2025, 5:00 PM ET.

During this time, Workbench services will be unavailable and users will not be able to log in.

No action is required. Workspace resources, including running apps, will remain in place during this maintenance. Once completed, you'll be able to access them again.

Update: As of March 1, 2025: 3:00 PM ET, this maintenance activity is complete. All Workbench services should be accessible. If you encounter any issues, please see the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting

If you experience problems logging into the web portal, please try clearing your browser’s cache (see instructions for Chrome).

If you’re using the Workbench CLI, please update to the latest version. You can learn more about how to do this with this guide.
