Scheduled Maintenance: Workbench Database Upgrade

Purpose: Workbench will be performing a necessary database version upgrade. This upgrade is scheduled to take approximately **_30** minutes in total._

Key details

Maintenance is scheduled to take place between May 12 2026, 7 PM ET and May 13, 2026, 7 AM ET. It is a recommended best practice to save and/or back up all of your work to prevent a possiblity of losing your work and data.

During this time, Workbench services will be partially accessible, but functionality will be limited:

• System Access: You can still log in to Workbench.
• Active Workflows: Any VMs or workflows already running will continue to run without interruption.
• Workbench Navigation: You may experience significant delays or failed requests when navigating the interface. We recommend avoiding using Workbench during this 30-minute window.

Post-upgrade

Once the upgrade is complete, full functionality and performance will be restored.
