Purpose: This document highlights billing and admin-related errors you may encounter in Workbench.
Billing-related errors
Invalid billing account attached to a workspace
To get started in Verily Workbench, you'll need to be a member of a pod. The pod must be linked to a Cloud billing account.
If at any time the billing account is inactive or unlinked from the pod for any reason, you'll see an alert at the top of your workspace's page.
Pod owners will see an alert that will direct them to create a Cloud billing account and link it to their billing pod. Select the links in the error message to complete these steps.

Pod users will see an alert directing them to contact their billing administrator to create a Cloud billing account.

<p>Failure to add a valid payment method will result in loss of data.</p>
In addition, the Resources, Apps, and Workflows tabs for your workspace will be disabled until you add valid billing information. Once the billing information is updated, you'll have full access to your workspace.
