Purpose: This document explains the various access-related actions Org Admins can take in Workbench.

Note: This document is specific to Org Admins only.

Introduction

Organization Admins can control user access to workspaces, in addition to having Access on Demand privileges to their org's workspaces.

Workspace access actions

Lock and unlock workspaces

Org Admins can lock a workspace and downgrade users' access if they detect suspicious activity. See Restrict access to a workspace for details.

Workspace Access on Demand (AoD)

Org Admins have Access on Demand privileges, allowing them temporary access to workspaces within their org for support and administrative purposes. For more information, see Workspace Access on Demand.
